Dr. Monsur Ali is a board-certified internal medicine physician and founder of Candid Primary Care in Coppell, Texas. With a background in osteopathic medicine, he focuses on preventive care and supporting the body’s natural ability to stay healthy. Dr. Ali emphasizes working closely with patients to guide them through both wellness and illness.
Originally from East Harlem, New York, he earned his medical degree from DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Dr. Ali served as a U.S. Army physician for four years, including deployment to West Africa, and was honored with multiple commendations before his discharge in 2020.
In his practice, he provides a full range of internal medicine services—from annual checkups to chronic disease management—and offers osteopathic treatments for musculoskeletal issues. His clinical interests include cardiovascular and cancer prevention.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Ali enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, traveling, and connecting with his cultural roots. He speaks Bangla and is learning Urdu and Arabic.
